Secondarily


For this project, you will be pairing off with a classmate to produce an image that combines photographs created by each student.

1) Students are assigned a primary color.

 2) Students are assigned a partner.

 3) Students take a roll's worth of photos (24-36) using the color they have been assigned as a guiding influence.

 4) Students share all of their photos with their partnering classmate.

 5) Students select one their partner's photos and through The Magic Of Image Compositing ©, combine it with one of the photos that they shot for this project into an interesting composition.  

In addition, the new composite must prominently highlight the secondary color that results from the combination of their & their partner's colors.  

 i.e. Red + Blue = Purple

Project 2, 4th Quarter "Ovoids"

Non-Denominational, Spring Ovoids That Just Might Be Appropriate  For The Mid-April Holiday Of Your Choice https://www.vecteezy.com/vector-art/144933-traditional-patterned-easter-eggs-vectors We will continue this week with another Pixlr-based Project intended to enhance your familiarization with Pixlr and the Pixlr workspace. Encroach Your next project deals with the power of natural forces on a man-made world. The photos below are examples of the concept (Although, these are  actual  photographs, yours will be composites of original and found images).  The link below will take you to more examples. Mother Nature Think in terms of the juxtapositions between the reality of the man-made world and that of the inexorable power of nature. You will be looking for a high-contrast concept, rather than a subtle, low-contrast idea. The stronger the conceptual contrast, the more successful the image will be. If you need supplemental photos to incorporate into your composition (that you are unable to take), you may use copyright-free photos you find on the web.
